The Chinese tournament's finals will see several changes to its roster after a handful of teams pulled out.

Four teams, Heroic and Gambit from Europe, and B.O.O.T-d[S], and Chiefs from APAC have pulled out of the Chinese tournament due to conflicts with IEM Sydney and its qualifiers. The finals were due to take place late last year but were postponed to April 29-30 of this year due to a large number of events taking place at the time.

AGO will compete at WCA

Two teams have confirmed they will be stepping in for some of the teams that dropped out, AGO and Recca, both of which played the qualifier in their respective regions. Other details such as the prize pool and the total number of competing teams remain unannounced, although Graham "messioso" Pitt, Director of Esports Operations at RFRSH, tweeted they slashed their original prize pool by $120,000.

With these changes, the yet-to-be-confirmed team list for the tournament looks as follows:

Iraq Next Generation Iraq Valour
Argentina Isurus         Brazil Luminosity
Poland AGO                 Indonesia Recca
