Daniel "roca" Gustaferri is no longer on Splyce's active roster, the North American organisation has announced on Twitter.

Splyce did not reveal the reason for Daniel "roca" Gustaferri's departure, but, according to Dust2.us, the 22-year-old failed to reach an agreement with the North American organisation over a contract extension.

roca leaves Splyce exactly a year after signing for the organisation, following Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel' departure. During these 12 months, the team most notably reclaimed a spot in ESL Pro League after winning ESEA S24 MDL, and attended ROG Masters 2017, in Kuala Lumpur, where they came in 5th-6th place.

Dust2.us further reports that Splyce have set their sights on former CLG member Stephen "reltuC" Cutler, who did not feature in RONIN's ESEA MDL match against Most Wanted on Thursday evening.

Splyce have had a poor start to their ESL Pro League season, with just three victories to show from their first ten matches. The team will be taking part in this weekend's iBUYPOWER Invitational, with Alex "aproto" Protopapas, formerly of CLG Academy, acting as a stand-in.

With roca's departure, Splyce now have:

Canada Kory "SEMPHIS" Friesen
United States Taylor "Drone" Johnson
Canada David "DAVEY" Stafford
United States Zack "XotiC" Elshani

United States Zachary "Eley" Stauffer (coach)
